First of all, I am human.
Not an ideal version of what a therapist is supposed to look like, and not someone who learned about pain only from textbooks. I am a psychological counselor, Emotional Image Therapist, coach, and business consultant.
I am convinced that everything needed for a fulfilling life is already inside each person. Sometimes trauma, fears, or exhaustion block access to it. My work is to help restore that connection.
I work online with Russian- and English-speaking clients worldwide. With people navigating crisis, loss, anxiety, or burnout. With those who feel stuck and cannot understand why. With couples and close partners who want to bring clarity to their relationships.
My Path
My first degree is in linguistics and translation. That explains something essential: I love feeling the subtle nuances of words. Not inventing them, but hearing how meaning shifts when a word is chosen precisely. It is a habit of mind from my first profession — and it proved indispensable in my second.
For fifteen years I worked in the corporate world — twelve of them in major B2B sales. Financial markets, metallurgy, retail, banking. KPIs, deadlines, corporate pressure. I experienced all of it firsthand.
In early 2024, two things coincided: I encountered a deeply traumatic personal experience, while simultaneously feeling a growing crisis of meaning. They turned out to be interconnected. That was when the real inner work began. It became clear that remaining in the former system was no longer possible. Stepping away from the corporate world was deliberate and not easy. But it brought me here.
In 2024 I completed a professional retraining program in "Systemic Psychological Business Consulting and Professional Coaching" at MIP jointly with RUDN. That same year I enrolled in the specialization "Personality Psychology and Personality Diagnostics" at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis — completing in December 2026. In parallel, I trained at the N. D. Linde Institute of Emotional Image Therapy: "Foundation Course" (2025, with honors) and "The Inner Child" (2026). My studies are ongoing.
I am in personal therapy and regular supervision. I consider this not an optional extra, but a non-negotiable requirement of honest practice.

How I Work
I work strictly within an ethical code — and that is not a formality.
I do not amplify pain to create a false sense of urgency. That is neither my method nor my ethics.
I cannot know in advance how long our work will take. No one can. During our Intro session, we will explore what brought you here, and I will share my honest perspective.
I meet you right where you are. I don't demand a neatly formulated goal for our first meeting. I don't rush you.
And most importantly: my goal is not to keep you in therapy indefinitely. Effective work concludes precisely when you reclaim the ability to navigate life independently. That is the signal of completion. You can always return if needed — it simply means that for this chapter, it is enough.
